I became an Attorney for one reason, to ensure the rights of every client.  The Declaration of Independence states, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all [people] are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness."  

When faced with a Family Law or Civil Litigation issue, your "life, liberty,  happiness, and property" are all at risk. I believe each client has the right to choose the best life for themself, whether through obtaining a divorce, child support, custody, or a prenuptial agreement to protect your wealth.  When your life has been negatively impacted by the actions of another, you have a right to protect yourself.
